Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused in the same condition you received them within 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, we cannot accept the return.

The below mentioned items are FINAL SALE and cannot be accepted for returns:

• Shoes
• Sale Items
  • Only regular priced items may be returned, sales items cannot be refunded

• Swimwear

• Accessories

How to return:

In the event of a return, we will provide the appropriate mailing address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please make sure to include your name or order number in your return package. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Late or missing returns:

Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer. If you havent received your store credit within 5 business days of the return showing delivered, please contact us at boundbyfateco@gmail.com

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing it unless the order has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed.
